En la medida que las nocividades ambientales y alimentarias tienen una historia -reflexiva y práctica-, independiente de la bioética, con participación de actores de horizontes diversos, es preciso referirse a la experiencia acumulada estos últimos años. Como se dice en el texto, es preciso interrogarse por su puesta en relato y los resultados que ello ha provocado. Esta experiencia constituye el terreno inevitable para continuar reflexionando sobre las nocividades desde la bioética.
