Teniendo en cuenta que este suelo durante más de 50 años estuvo plantado en cultivos de papa en rotación con cebada en agricultura convencional y las adiciones de materia orgánica solo se hacían con incorporación de rastrojo. Los resultados mostraron que la incorporación de ésta favorece al suelo en la mejora de las condiciones físicas evaluadas, en especial cuando se hace asiduamente.
