The transfer of knowledge from higher education to high school with respect to the concepts and power generation technologies with renewable sources is an important and socially responsible action, especially when it concerns universities with engineering programs dealing with clean technology. In this sense, this article sets out a methodology for higher education knowledge transfer of concepts and power generation technologies with renewable sources from the Federal University of Itajubá - MG to the students of secondary schools in the city of Itabira – MG. The proposed methodology achieved practical acceptance and good levels of satisfaction and assimilation of the contents, reinforcing the importance of the dissemination of knowledge on the theme.
