The degree of appreciation of this problem is linked to the level of development and the participative conscience in it is greater in the rich countries. However, the global aspect of this crisis implies both the developed worid and the less developed worid. Climate change is a clear example of the size of environmental problems. But the application of preventive policies and corrective measures show the difficulties to combine very different interests.</text>
