The measurement error was taken into account in a previous study of consistency, temporal analysis is made with the application of the test of Mann-Kendall and the obtained results are discussed. They appear some stations in which the annual averages of hours of solar brightness decrease significantly, grouping itself essentially in a zone located to the northeast of Humid Pampas and to the south of the Mesopotamia.
