The purpose of the present article is to provide basic information about the complex dynamics of climate and health. A review of literature was performed to explaining of the mechanisms of climate variability and change especially in relation to global warming. Their effect and health impact upon some of the most important infectious diseases are illustrated, and may be probability increase of them. Finally, the Cuban experience from published articles is shown.</text>
