(PMIGS) con los cambios de clima del efecto invernadero (CCEI). Las PMIGS en América Latina y el Caribe fueron seleccionadas en el primero y segundo curso de caña en Tabasco, México, durante 2010 y 2013, respectivamente. Los resultados del primer curso fueron destacados por los participantes y corroborados en el segundo. Las especies seleccionadas fueron: 1) ROOEX-Rottboellia exaltata L.f. 1782; 2) TRCYN.Digitaria insularis (L.) Fedde, 1904; 3) CYNDA .Cynodon dactylon (L.) Pers. 1805; 4) CYNPL. Cynodon plectostachyus (K. Schum.) Pilg. 1907; 5) CHRPO.Chloris elata Desv, 1831; 6) PANPU.Brachiaria mutica (Forssk.) Stapf, 1919; 7) DIGNU.Digitaria nuda Schumach, 1827; 8) DIGAD.Digitaria ciliaris (Retz.) Koeler, 1802; 9) PANMA. Panicum maximum Jacq. 1781; 10) SORHA.Sorghum halepense (L.) Pers. 1805; 11) CYPRO. Cyperus rotundus L. 1753; 12) SYNPO.Syngonium podophyllum Schott, 1851. Fueron determinadas alturas de diez plantas de cada especie a los 100 días después de la germinación de un cultivo silvestre. Con el CCEI hubo incremento de 1.03°C desde 1981, lo que alteró el comportamiento biológico de las PMIGS y se volvieron más agresivas, con difícil y oneroso manejo. Con aparición de plantas enanas en ROOEX, CHRPO, TRCIN, PANMA, SORHA, DIGNU y DIGAD, de 0.10-1.30 m de altura en inverno, y producción normal de semillas en invierno, primavera y verano. El comportamiento de las PMIGS está directamente ligada a las altas temperaturas mínimas del invierno.
