              <text>Resumo A mineralização do nitrogênio orgânico é um dos principais fatores que determinam as quantidades de água residuária da suinocultura (ARS) a serem aplicadas em solos. Objetivou-se, através do presente trabalho, avaliar o nitrogênio orgânico potencialmente mineralizável (NPM) em solo tratado com ARS sob diferentes condições de temperatura e conteúdos de água. Amostras de Latossolo foram misturadas com ARS, em quantidade correspondente a 400 kg ha-1 de nitrogênio, e incubadas sob diferentes condições de temperatura e conteúdos de água. A partir dos valores da concentração de nitrogênio mineralizado, determinou-se o NPM por meio do ajuste do modelo exponencial simples, e pelos valores estimados através do modelo potencial. A concentração de NPM, utilizando-se o modelo exponencial simples, variou de 73,85 a 207,16 mg kg-1, enquanto para o modelo potencial oscilou de 79,01 a 226,40 mg kg-1. Para ambos os modelos, a meia vida do NPM, para temperaturas de 15, 20 e 25 °C foi menor nos conteúdos de água mais baixos, enquanto sob temperatura de 35 °C esta foi menor nos conteúdos de água mais altos.</text>
