A população de adultos apresentou comportamento variável entre as áreas avaliadas, havendo diferenças no número de insetos capturados por semana e no momento da ocorrência dos incrementos populacionais, não sendo possível caracterizar sincronismo entre picos populacionais definidos. O monitoramento por meio do feromônio sexual se mostrou adequado para identificar o momento de ocorrência dos incrementos populacionais da traça-do-tomateiro e tem potencial para ser utilizado para definir limites de controle de pragas.
