Para las hojas de I. hirsuta, 23.04 PC, 18.57 FDN, 35.25 FDA, 3.14 EE, y 44.55 DIV los tallos 4.84 PC, 62.63 FDN, 77.98 FDA, 1.41 EE y 26.05 DIV. Hojas y tallos de C. marítima pueden emplearse en la alimentación de rumiantes.
