Zavala-Sánchez Description An account of the resource Como un cultivo alternativo y viable para la región 'Valle de Apatzingán', se planteó un experimento para evaluar la respuesta del cultivo de cebolla 'criolla' a la aplicación de fertilizantes químicos y orgánicos en Apatzingán, Michoacán (México). El almácigo se estableció en diciembre de 2009 y el trasplante se realizó a los 70 días posteriores, el marco de plantación fue a tres hileras (12.5 cm entre plantas y 15 cm entre hileras). Se utilizó un diseño experimental en bloques al azar con cuatro tratamientos y tres repeticiones. Los tratamientos fueron: I. Fertilización química común (fuente: urea simple y superfosfato de calcio triple); II. Fertilización química compleja (fuente: triple 17); III. Abono orgánico (fuente líquida con base en guano de murciélago), y IV. Testigo. Las aplicaciones se efectuaron a los 15, 35 y 55 días después del trasplante (ddt). Se evaluó: el desarrollo fenológico, las características productivas y físico-químicas. El análisis de varianza no mostró diferencia estadística significativa (P>0.05) entre tratamientos. Los niveles y fuentes de fertilización empleadas no influyeron en la respuesta fenológica, productiva y características físico-químicas del cultivo de cebolla en las condiciones ambientales de Apatzingán, Michoacán (México), bajo el esquema utilizado en el experimento.
