In addition, we used 58 SARS-CoV-2 isolates were retrieved from the GlobalInitiative on Sharing All Influenza Data (GISAID) and National Center for Biotechnology Information(NCBI), then aligned to obtain the conserved region of SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein. The interactionbetween the conserved region with ACE2 receptor, a SARS-CoV-2 receptor on the host cell, has beenevaluated through molecular docking approach. The B-cell epitope was identified using the immuneepitope database (IEDB) web server. Interestingly, we recommend Pep_4 ADHQPQTFVNTELH as aepitope-based peptide vaccine candidate to deal with the SARS-CoV-2 outbreak. Pep_4 has a high levelof immunogenicity and does not trigger autoimmune mechanisms. Pep_4 is capable of forming BCR/Fab molecular complexes with the lowest binding energy for activation of transduction signal the directB-cell immune response. However, further study is suggested for confirmation (in vitro and in vivo). This role has become even more critical due to the COVID-19 situation and in the context of the continuous increase in resource consumption, which requires finding alternative solutions. We provide a comprehensive literature review about the state’s economic functions, redistribution of resources in society, and the role of state intervention in sustainability-related issues, giving a full description of the opinions and concepts primarily of economists. We propose to study governments’ interventions in their economy using budgetary resources on public expenditure, highlighting the leading factors in government policies using a suggested intervention index. The state’s intervention policy’s stability is measured via the intervention index’s partial autocorrelation function over the years. We collected data from OECD data sets and conducted a descriptive statistical analysis followed by panel data analysis. Subsequently, two questions are explored about the state’s intervention and its technical performance and technology-related sustainability issues. Results show that economic strength positively affects the intervention. Expenditures on education may lead to better technological outcomes, unlike expenses on health. The tax burden inhibits innovation and technological progress, but total governmental revenues positively affect technological performance. On the other hand, higher sedentary time during the pandemic period can have deleterious effects. The objective of this study was to compare physical activity levels, sedentary time, and sleep parameters during the pre-COVID period and the COVID-19 pandemic period in young badminton athletes. Fifteen young badminton athletes were evaluated during a pre-COVID period (July 2019) and during the COVID-19 period (July 2020). Sleep parameters, physical activity level, and sedentary time were measured using a tri-axial accelerometer. Participants wore the accelerometer on their dominant wrist for 7 days consecutively. In addition, the average of each sleep parameter [time in bed and total sleep time in hours per day, sleep efficiency (%), wake after sleep onset (WASO, total per day), and sleep latency (minutes per day)] was reported over the 7-day period. Athletes presented increased sedentary time (pre-COVID = 7.0 ± 1.1 vs.COVID-19 = 8.9 ± 1.9 h/day, p = 0.004, d = 1.30) and significant decreases in the total PA observed in counts per day (pre-COVID = 2,967,064.4 ± 671,544.1 vs. COVID-19 = 1,868,210.2 ± 449,768.4 counts/day, p = 0.001, d = 1.99), time in vigorous PA (pre-COVID = 7.7 ± 0.9 vs. COVID-19 = 6.1 ± 1.2 h/day, p = 0.001, d = 1.56), and time in moderate-to-vigorous PA (pre-COVID = 8.1 ± 0.9 vs. COVID-19 = 6.5 ± 1.3 h/day, p = 0.001, d = 1.48). Os significados dessa nova maneira de conceber os destinos do espaço rural e as políticas a ele destinadas têm sido explorados em trabalhos de diferentes autores. Neste artigo, pretende-se iluminar um aspecto ainda pouco tratado e que consiste em saber se os moldes em que a disseminação dessa abordagem vem se dando significa um processo de mudança, ou se, diferentemente disso, trata-se de mais um processo em que os termos são incorporados ao vocabulário dos agentes sem a criação de novas instituições capazes de sustentá-la. Essa segunda perspectiva é a que informa a hipótese que guia a exposição e pode ser resumida na afirmação de que a tal movimento corresponde uma 'inovação por adição', na qual pesam elementos típicos daquilo que parte da literatura chama de 'path dependence' ('dependência de caminho'). O artigo faz um breve resgate de como tal abordagem é incorporada no âmbito dos organismos multilaterais dando origem à 'nova visão do desenvolvimento rural' e de como, posteriormente, ela é incorporada no rol de políticas para o rural em países da América Latina. Sob o ângulo teórico, o artigo discute ainda os limites da explicação da mudança pela nova economia institucional, mostrando o que se poderia chamar de 'embeddedness da dependência de caminho'.While the rise of the category 'family farming' was a feature in the 90´s for academic debate and for public policies, the same happens at the present decade with the so called 'territorial approach' to rural development. The meanings of this new way to conceive the destiny of rural spaces and the policies to rural development have been studied by different authors. This article aims at to broach one aspect less emphasized in the literature: to know if the adoption of such approach is a process of institutional change or a process of simple addition of a new term to the vocabulary of planners, without the creation of new institutions capable to support an actual new conception. This second perspective offers the content to our hypothesis and it can be summarized by the following statement: the introduction of the 'territorial approach' is an innovation added to the institutional environment of public policies in a typical process of path dependence, with the remaining of some elements concerning the old vision of rural development. The article brings a brief history of how such approach is adopted by multilateral organizations originating the 'new vision to rural development' and how this 'new vision' is transformed when adopted by Latin-American countries. Under a theoretical point of view, the article discusses the limits of the explaining about institutional change provided by the new institutional economics, offering an alternative vision based on the idea of embeddedness of institutional change.
