NUEVOS REGISTROS PARA LA FLORA MARINA BENTÓNICA CUBANA/ New records of Cuban marine benthonic flora.

Basado en material de herbario de las colecciones de macroalgas depositadas en el Acuario Nacional, Instituto de Ecología y Sistem{tica y Centro de Investigaciones Marinas, se comunica el hallazgo de dos nuevos registros para la flora marina bentónica de Cuba: Un alga roja, Dichotomaria obtusata var. major (W. R. Taylor) Wynne y un alga parda Sporochnus pedunculatus ( Hudson) C. Agardh. Adicionalmente se añaden nuevos datos de las especies Chrysymenia enteromorpha Harvey y Cladophora sericea (Hudson) Kützing. ABSTRACT Based on herbarium material of the seaweeds collections deposited in the National Aquarium, Institute of Ecology and Systematic and Center of Marine Investigations, the discovery of two new records for the marine benthonic flora of Cuba are reported: A red algae, Dichotomaria obtusata var. major (W. R. Taylor) Wynne and a brown alga, Sporochnus pedunculatus (Hudson) C. Agardh. Additionally, new data of the species Chrysymenia enteromorpha Harvey and Cladophora sericea (Hudson) Kützing are added.
